Heavy Duty Poly Blade
The Heavy Duty Poly blade is structurally stronger but not lighter then the steel blade, and is up to 25% more efficient because of the Ultra High Molecular Weight Poly.
Wet or dry snow offer almost no resistance to the rolling action of the Poly blade. The blade throws the snow farther and faster than any steel blade of the same size, with almost no dribble out the top of the plow.
The strength of the Heavy Duty Poly is achieved from the 3" x 2" x 1/4" wall tubing used for the base structure. Then add the two 1/2" centre ribs and two 3/8" end cap ribs, and three 1/4" reinforcing ribs and the plow tests much stronger than its steel counterpart.
Heavy Duty Poly shown with optional shock absorber.
