Heavy Duty Poly Trip Edge

Using 6 laser cut vertical ribs, 3/8" x 3" and two horizontal supporting structures, we have made a very rugged stand alone frame to which we have bolted our 3/8" thick UHMW polyethylene skin.

The use of the poly skin greatly reduces the rolling friction imparted by wet, sticky snow.

This results in more snow moved per pass, less strain on the power train, and better fuel economy. The trip edge poly blade comes with a 6" deflector as standard. Through the mid-section of the plow are 4 extra supports to handle our new 14" x 1" A-frame kingpin.

This pin has greasable bushings at the top and bottom of the pin housing, allowing for such good stability, that it does not require a quadrant. The kingpin housing is welded to our 2½" x 1/4" wall tubing A-frame, giving it tremendous strength.

The plow has a full blade angle of 30° to the right and left, through our 1½" x 10" power angle cylinders. The plow is available in 90" (7½'), 96" (8'), and 108" (9').

Wing Extensions (for Trip Edge Plow)
	Bolt on brackets with easily removeable pins to allow for quick installation and removal. Move up to 3 times the normal volume of snow, by turning your blade into a push plow.
