New E-Force Isolation Module & Light System
The new E-Force Isolation Module and Light System is the most advanced light and electrical system available for a snowplow today!
It features new and improved electrical pins in the vehicle and plow harness, as well as a "state-of-the-art" Isolation Module that re-engineers the interaction between the snowplow and vehicle electrical systems.
- Improves long-term performance of the light system & complies with OEM requirements.
- Easier to install
- Easier to "Troubleshoot"
Improved Performance & OEM Compliance
- New and improved plow, vehicle, and control harness plugs contain larger, solid pins replacing former hollow pins. The result is a longer lasting, more durable connector.
- Underhood sealed module with weatherproof connectors provides protection not currently provided with externally connected and loose relays.
- Snowplow control is isolated and powered directly from the vehicle battery eliminating potential voltage spikes from entering the vehicle's sensitive electronic systems.
- Snowplow turn signal and parking lights are isolated and powered directly from the vehicle battery eliminating excessive load on OEM circuits.
- New and improved underhood high temperature wiring rated for 125°C.
- Harnesses are connected together on the plow and on the truck when the plow is off the vehicle. This eliminates contamination from entering the connectors.
Easier to Install
Most late model electrical installation times are reduced up to 30 minutes as a result of the following:
- Individual harnesses (4) are designed to plug directly into the module in an easy to access location.
- Just match up the 4 harnesses to the numbered plugs in the module.
- All necessary relays are contained in the sealed Module. There's no need for additional relay kits if equipped with DRL's and/or Cab Marker Lights.
- Module mounting is easy; the housing is designed for screw, cable tie, or velcro mounting.
- Vehicle harness lengths (one long, one short) allows module to be mounted in most underhood locations.
