XP CONTROL SYSTEM

The XP Control system is found exclusively within the Meyer EZ-Mount Xpress System. This technologically advanced system lets you control the major operating systems of the plow – at the touch of a button – without leaving the cab. The controller also provides new features and diagnostic functions, giving the operator additional timesaving functions and instant feedback.

Timesaving features include:

• AUTOMATIC RAISE/LOWER MODE enables the plow to rise automatically when the vehicle is put in reverse, and will then lower when taken out of reverse. And it will do the opposite in drive.
• SHAKE MODE removes snow from the moldboard quickly and easily.
• WIGWAG features alternate flashing between the right and left turn signals, cautioning pedestrians and other drivers.
• LOCKOUT FEATURE eliminates the possibility of accidental movement of the blade.
• FAULT ALARMS instantly and automatically pinpoint any system errors.

You simply drive up, and the patented EZ-MOUNT Xpress automatically aligns, centers and locks the plow onto the truck. That’s it!

Dismounting is just as easy. All that is left on the vehicle is a stylish brush guard that can stay on all year long, with no lights of hydraulics to distract from the looks of your vehicle.

Found exclusively within the EZ-Mount Xpress System, the all-new Xpress Plow has an exclusive precision-formed moldboard shape that delivers incredible plowing performance. Modeled after highway and municipal plows, the Xpress Plow has features not found on other plows in its class. It has a larger overhang and a higher moldboard that combine to create amazing snow-rolling action. This not only allows the Xpress Plow to move more snow, it allows the Xpress Plow to move more snow, faster.

As with every Meyer plow, the Xpress is built to last. Six vertical ribs and moldboards constructed from heavy-gauge steel deliver outstanding strength. Its full-trip design is made to give way, absorbing the impact caused by snow-covered objects, protecting both you and your equipment from damage.

The Express is available in two steel models: 12-gauge steel moldboard with 8’ span and a 41-gauge steel moldboard with a 7 ˝’ span.
